Help! I've fallen and I can't get up.
I have fallen off the training wagon in the first week of making Boston my Bitch. I haven't run in 5 days. I haven't cross trained in 4 days. I haven't done shit.
Hopefully, Monday will be the start of my second new beginning.

maybe your schedule was too much. perhaps redo it in a way that's more reasonable?? *shrug*
you just need a couple good runs to get you motivated again and you'll be back at it in no time.
you will be fine, everyone goes through those stretches.
